Nice Wood, Good Service |

For me, nice wood is the most important part of a rifle and I have nice walnut on my rifles from a number of regions of the world. Luxus Walnut has a broad range of Turkish Walnut blanks at a fair price and you can deal with confidence with Dan. It took a while to find the right blank, good figure, stable fore end section, strong dense wood and an affordable price. Most importantly, Dan communicates effectively and quickly, answering questions about his wood and its attributes. I certainly can recommend Luxus as a good firm to deal with.

Perfect wood, perfect service |

I needed 3 inch thick exhibition grade wood for 3 of my shotguns. Very difficult to get, And nobody had it that I could find on the internet, and didn’t make any promises either, till I called Dan. He had one piece and went looking for the other 2, finding them in Turkey. Sent me the pictures and delivered before promised. Now the wood is being worked upon. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. |

Rifle stock blank |

I purchased a rifle length stock blank from you and am pleased. The blank is dense, stable, has good color and figure, and correct grain orientation for a rifle. It was not inexpensive but not over-priced either considering the aforementioned qualities. I've stocked many guns and am very particular. The blank meets my strict requirements and I appreciate it. This blank is not heavily figured, but very solid, straight grained and dense. I think it may be even better looking than shown. Showing fiddle back its full length, it will make a perfect German sporting rifle. Its close grain would also make it a good candidate for a heavy big-game rifle. Very good value for the money.
